Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can sign up, onboard, and use the entire platform for 7 days without entering a card. We'll only ask for one if you decide to stay.
Can my partner use the same account?
Yes — and you should. LOML is built around couples. One account holds both of you. Invite your partner by phone from Settings, and you share the planner, budget, guests, and website in real time.
Will the planner actually do things, or just talk?
The planner can read and write. It pulls live data from your wedding (guests, RSVPs, budget, vendors, timeline), and it can add budget items, mark vendors booked, log tasks, and draft follow-ups when you ask.
Does the wedding website come included?
Yes. There are eight couplemark logo styles, seven editorial heading fonts, and per-section typography controls. Your save-the-date and RSVP pages inherit the same theme automatically.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your guests, RSVPs, budget, and timeline are all yours. Export to CSV whenever you want.
What happens after the wedding?
Your photos album, registry status, and thank-you tracker stay live. You can pause your subscription after the day-of and keep read-only access to everything you built.
