01 · How it works
One link per guest. One tap to RSVP.
Each guest gets a personalized RSVP link in their invitation. They tap it on their phone, see your wedding website with their name pre-filled, and answer four short questions. The moment they hit Submit, your guest list updates — meal pick, dietary tags, plus-one, song request. You stop nagging people because you can see live who's responded.
Personalized link
No code to remember. Their name pre-fills automatically.
Meal options inline
Your menu, displayed in the RSVP card itself.
Plus-one toggle
Bring someone? Their dietary tags go in separately.
Live dashboard
Yes / no / pending counts update as responses arrive.

03 · Dietary tags surface where they matter
From RSVP to seat. To kitchen. Automatically.
Most RSVP tools collect dietary preferences and then bury them in a spreadsheet. LOML routes them to the seating chart (so vegetarian guests can sit together if you want), to the catering tab (so you can hand the venue an accurate count), and to the day-of timeline (so the staff knows). One question, three downstream systems updated.
Standard tags
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut allergy.
Free-text fallback
'Anything else?' for the weird ones.
On the seating chart
Tags show on the chair so catering can place the right meal.
Catering export
Counts of each diet auto-tally on the catering tab.
04 · Plus-ones, handled properly
Real people, not '+1'.
Plus-ones are where most RSVP tools fall apart. LOML asks the invited guest if they're bringing a plus-one, then asks for the plus-one's name and dietary tags as a separate person. The plus-one gets their own row in your guest list — so seating treats them as a real attendee, catering counts them, and the day-of headcount is accurate.
- Plus-one becomes a separate row in your guest list
- Their dietary tags don't get conflated with the inviter's
- Seat assignments treat them as real attendees
- Catering count includes them in the headcount
Common questions
The short version.
Is the RSVP tracker free?
It's part of LOML at $59.99/mo, with a 7-day free trial that doesn't require a credit card. You also get the wedding website, guest list, budget tracker, seating chart, and the AI planner.
Do guests need to create an account to RSVP?
No. Each guest gets a personalized link that opens their RSVP form directly. They never see a sign-up screen.
What if a guest can't find their RSVP link?
Open their row in your guest list and click 'Resend RSVP'. We re-send the email and SMS with a fresh link.
Can I send RSVP reminders?
Yes. Filter by 'pending' and send a reminder to everyone who hasn't responded. The email uses the same branded template as your save-the-date and invitation.
What information does the RSVP form collect?
Attendance (yes/no), meal pick from the options you set, plus-one name + their dietary tags, dietary tags for the guest, and optional song request. You can hide any field you don't want.
Can I see who hasn't responded yet?
Yes. The guest list filter 'pending' shows everyone who got an invite but hasn't replied. One-click reminder send from there.
